Refund & Returns Policies

Refunds will be made on orders cancelled within 7 days following delivery of goods or where there has been an error in payment.

Cancellation of subscriptions is on a whole year basis: part years are not refunded.

Unwanted goods are to be returned in good condition and at the customer’s expense.

Prices of subscriptions quoted are reviewed annually and revised periodically.
